The living room leads out onto a balcony with stunning sea views, where you can enjoy a glass of wine.
The property benefits from a fully-enclosed garden, perfect for a BBQ, as well as private driveway for up to four cars.
If heading out on foot, you are only 5 minutes walk into Portstewart Promenade or 2 minutes to Amici Restaurant.

Our townhouse accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably, with two en-suite bedrooms and two additional spacious bedrooms. Enjoy a large family bathroom for added convenience.
Bedroom 1 - The Master 'Super-King'
The master bedroom is on the top floor and much bigger than the traditional style.
This spacious room has a Super-King bed, chaise lounge, and private en suite bathroom.
The room is furnished with a chest of drawers, sliding door wardrobe with full mirrors, television, and side tables.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Bedroom 2 - King Room with en suite
Enjoy a slice of comfort with a King bed and private en suite bathroom , designed to provide comfort and relaxation for a restful night's sleep.
The room is also equipped with a television, seat, and side tables.

Bedroom 3 - Two single beds
Just because you don't need a large bed, doesn't mean you should have to sacrifice on comfort either.
Room 3 has two single beds and stunning sea views to awaken to.
This bedroom is are perfect for kids and adults alike, ensuring everyone has their own space while staying connected as a family.
The room is equipped with television and two sets of drawers.

Bedroom 4 - One Single and a Double Sofa Bed
Bedroom 4 offers the luxury for a single guest to enjoy their own space and wake up to views over the Atlantic Sea, or to share the experience with another person by using the double sofa bed.
This room has shared use of the family bathroom with wet-room walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and a Jacuzzi bath to luxuriate in the evenings.

Living/kitchen area bright with views of the sea, with a small balcony to sit out if you wish. Great location, quiet residential road, and only a 5 min walk to Portstewart promenade, and Amici restaurant. Off street parking for 3/4 cars. Couldn’t really fault a thing. There were 6 of us staying and the house still felt big. Great host too who was super helpful.”
